Great bit of kit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great addition to our kitchen. It is a bit bulky and a little heavy but the results make up for it. It does take a little getting used to but once you know what you're doing it's a doddle. I'm impatient and I dont like having to wait 24hrs for the freezing process but hey ho. I did have to add a little extra milk and respin it but it was delicious. Looking forward to experimenting with more flavours. EDIT: forgot to add that the machine is noisy, it sounds like an aircraft is taking off in the kitchen but that doesn't really bother me. I made a frappe this weekend and it was not worth the 24hr wait. I get similar results putting coffee, milk and ice in a blender. I'll stick to ice cream.

Ninja CREAMi XL 11-in-1 Ice Cream Maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this new Ninja Cream XL 11-in-1 ice cream machine. It's good that you can use the tub supplied to add all your ingredients in and mix in the machine. Saving you time on washing up dish contents With youngsters who won't drink cow's milk, replaced with oatmilk, success! They loved their shakes and have had different flavours each day. All the family love how soft the ice-cream is and how easy to make with just a couple of ingredients. At my first attempt making ice-cream, it looked a bit powdery, but I added a bit more milk and cream, pressed respin and problem solved. My daughters love the Sorbet and have enjoyed trying all the different flavours. Yes, it can be a little loud but not too bad. Cleaning the different parts is so easy. The blade did come off a couple of times when I was using it. . But I think need put tub flat in the freezer for it to set for 24 hours It would be nice if it came in different colours. To match people's colours in the kitchen Overall I am delighted.

Great, especially for alternative dietary needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine especially if you want to use natural sugar free ingredients and it’s definitely worth searching for alternative recipes. The quick start guide is a little disappointing as it’s very basic and doesn’t really show how versatile this machine is. My first attempt at using it was making two different types of ice cream. One batch was following the recipe in the quick start guide exactly. The other batch was sugar free recipe we found online as my son and his girlfriend won’t touch sugar and wanted to try a sugar free ice cream. We made two batches, the sugar free turned out nice and creamy and after blending the original recipe I compared the two types, I thought I should re-spin as it didn’t seem as creamy. Big mistake ! I made a complete mess of it, the ice cream separated and tasted awful and had a gritty texture. The sugar free was delicious with a lovely creamy texture. I then used some of the sugar free ice cream to make milkshakes. I was really impressed with this, it tasted amazing! I’m looking forward to trying some of the other programs and experimenting some more. Would I buy this? Yes, if I had young children or special dietary needs I’d say definitely. Just for myself? Probably as it’s so versatile.

Perfect ice cream at home without all the effort.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what can I say? So far, we have only tried milkshakes and ice creams, but if they are anything to go by, I can’t wait to try sorbet, froyo, frappés and more. Our first attempt at ice cream separated a little and wasn’t quite perfect, probably because we overmixed it before freezing. Since then, we have tweaked the recipe, avoided overworking the ingredients, and the results have been much better. I would strongly recommend looking online for other people’s recipes, as some are out of this world. The milkshakes are absolutely perfect, and the ice cream is now so creamy and smooth. We are becoming more adventurous with the flavours and throwing in all sorts of mix-ins. The ice cream reminds me of the spun ice cream you used to get from the “arched” fast food place, only better. My kids love choosing which treat to mix in, and they have now moved beyond the obvious chocolate in a crispy shell or chocolate-style biscuits. They will try pretty much anything sweet they can find in the cupboard. Unboxing it, I was surprised by how compact the machine is. What impressed me most, though, was how SharkNinja has managed to make pretty much every part of the packaging recyclable. I wish more manufacturers would do the same. The machine is very easy to assemble and the parts all fit together cleanly and disassemble into enough bits to make cleaning super easy. The machine is a little noisy when in use, so probably not best for late night ice cream feasts when others are at home. In the box, you get the machine, the instructions, the jug that holds the tubs, and two tubs to put in the freezer. That is all you need to get started, although I already can’t wait to buy more tubs so I can stack up a few prepared ice creams ready to mix. If you don’t already have a machine like this at home, I would strongly recommend it. Especially with the temperature so high at the moment, it makes things a little more bearable with some ice-cold sweet treats.

Love this machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with this, it’s my first time using the ninja creami and in this heat wave it’s been the perfect addition to the kitchen! The machine looks sleek and doesn’t take up much space on the worktop. I’ve made ice cream and sorbet and I can’t wait to make some protein ice cream too! Easy to use especially for a newbie like me but I do wish there was a recipe book it came with. The only downside is waiting 24 hours for it to freeze ( but I’m impatient ) so just keep that in mind when making your ice cream. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this if you love homemade ice cream and frozen treats. It’s made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be!

Fab Features & End Results!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are extremely pleased with the Ninja CREAMi 11-in-1, particularly its versatility and functionality. The range of creations and customisation through the Mix-In. The website recipes provide a fab starting point, while the machine itself is intuitive upon afew uses. We especially enjoyed the gelato recipe!

Highly recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really like how this machine looks so chic, a bit noisier than I expected but noise doesnt last for too long. The machine itself is so easy to use and gives you ability to change and add flavours using the "mix in" function. I have never used a ninja creami before, so the set up itself took a while but once I got the hang of it, it's quite simple and running it was very easy. I especially love how easy it is to clean the whole machine, that was a big factor when decoding to get it. My only wish is that it comes with recepie suggestions like other ninja products have. DO RECOMMEND

Love this machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine! Lots of different options to make different things! Started off with cookies and cream ice cream, yes, you do have to pre-freeze the mixture but with the multiple tubs you can always have a mixture frozen ready to put in the machine! It mixes up really quickly, first attempt was a bit of a crumbly texture but this was easily fixed with adding a bit of extra milk and re-mixing! We were all very happy with the taste and texture of the ice cream! Also makes amazing milkshakes, can’t wait to try all of the other features! Machine itself looks really stylish, love the navy blue colour and it’s not as big as a thought it was so can have it out on the worktop! Very happy!

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the ninja creami and in this hot weather we can make our own flavours. We've done Ice-cream , sorbet & frozen yoghurt, the only done side is you need to freeze it for 24 hours so make sure you get extra containers so you can have plenty in the freezer ready to go
