After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Citizen Men's Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch 960/8379: I have checked the wrist measurement of the sample that we have and it is approximately 19cms.
It is possible to add and remove links from this bracelet to adjust the size.

Align the hour hand of the watch with the suns direction. The central point between the 12 o’clock position the hour hand approximately indicates South.
Rotate the compass bezel so that its south indicator matches this will allow you to read other compass directions.

The Citizen Men's Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch has four removable links either side of the clasp, which can be taken out by a Jeweller to adjust the size of the bracelet. Be sure to keep the links and pins that are removed, in case you need to adjust the bracelet again.
You can make enquiries with your local store to see if they can remove links but this is very dependent on the store facilities and staff skills.
