Good for the price, quite light weight, I’ve not used it for jumpers or heavy items, holds a wash load I’d say but I like to leave a gap to let things dry better at this time of year so I only put on half a wash and use another airer too. The bars are fairly spaced I think.

I have had one of these (in grey) for numerous years already, and it is lasting very well. I have just split from ex so needed to replace the other models that he took (I chose to keep the grey one), so purchased this black one. They are lightweight but surprisingly sturdy, have sensibly-spaced rungs, and hold a decent amount of clothes. Easy to use and store.

There is no reason why the Home 14m 3 Tier Indoor Clothes Airer - Black cannot be used outdoors in the summer other than the unpredictability of our weather. It may need to be placed in a sheltered position to avoid the possibility of clothes blowing away.

- It's for hanging drying only, not flat drying a well.

The plastic parts are made of PE or PP. It is better not to use very hot tap water to wash it though it may not melt.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home 14m 3 Tier Indoor Clothes Airer: the width of the cloth hanging poles without the outside poles is around 53cm.
