Awesome headest
This headset is top notch. The bass is great, I really feel the 3D Surround. It’s easy to set up, and the dual connection is awesome. The fit is comfortable and I feel a good seal around my ears, which helps the ANC even more. The microphone is very clear and my friends have noticed the difference.The personalization software is approachable, yet detailed. The only drawback that I have noticed is some lag/compression when the box is set too close to multiple electronics. Moving it has mostly resolved this issue.

Better than I thought
Bought this headset because my last head set would randomly disconnect from my Xbox. Tried all the fix-it's that came with google searching. It's very comfortable and I enjoy that I'm able to connect with Bluetooth as well to my phone. Great that I can switch out the batteries when it's low.

Excellent headset.
Had this headset fir a couple of weeks now, easy to set up but a little more involved trying to get the vest sound, the best one I found is the bass preset, the Nova pro wireless is a great headset with excellent sound quality once you get it set up, I love the fact you can buy customised ear cups and the metal plates on each side, battery life is excellent because you can hit swap the 2 batteries, I always use one and have the other on charge in the side of the DAC.

Great headphones, highly recommend.
I've been looking at headphone reviews for a while and kept coming back to the Arctis Nova Pros. I am a sucked for headphones with a little base station so I don't have to mess with Windows settings. The hot swappable battery is awesome and makes switching batteries very simple. The steel series app support is also great and allows multiple channels for different apps and function and you can apply different sound sources to different mixer settings. Great well made headset with lots of great features.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset: ''The user cannot update and customize the headset on the Xbox console. They can customize audio settings etc… on the wireless controller that comes with headset.
For firmware updates the headset would need to be plugged into a PC or laptop and updated through Our SteelSeries GG software.''

The answer from staff is not correct. You can connect a TV to the headset if your TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connect the TV with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to the Line-In connection on the base unit, then connect the laptop by USB into the USB-C connection that is labeled USB. You will hear the TV and Laptop at the same time, as you will with anything connected to Line-In. As you are connecting to a laptop, you can use the SteelSeries GG software to adjust the volume of both to your liking.

I have bought these and there are 2x Lithium Ion Batteries. It says one as the Argos staff member mentioned above BUT thats because there is one already inside the headset so there is 1 outside therefore 2 in total.
