Great headset
Fits nicely on “normal” sized ears. Does not feel heavy and soudquality is great. Switching seamlessly between my Xbox console and pc is also nice.

Great sound experience and comfort
I bought this headset mainly to connect a BT headset to my xbox. Got the recommendation by a friend and it lives up to their hype. I like being able to just change battery when needed, even tho it lasts fairly long. The connection setup was super simple and the sound quality is fantastic. I use it with DTS HeadphoneX and the spatial 3D experience is very satisfying. Although I did not yet understand, if I should undertake some special adjustments on the headset station like turning off some per default running settings to make the dtsx sound even better. Overall I am glad buying this headset. It is a lot of money, but it was worth it and I don‘t want to replace it with any other product.

Great Quality, But Overpriced
I really like this headset, same Steelseries quality but with some extra features. The replaceable batteries are my favorite thing it's super nice to never charge the headset. I do feel like the mic is weak as is usual with this company.

Just fantastic.
I thought these for the launch of BF6 as my old headset was okay, but I knew there was better out there. I was not wrong. These are just amazing. You hear everything. The mic is great. The comfort is good. Just wonderful. You get a good amount of play time per battery, so you never miss anything. I have had a few disconnects which is annoying but nothing serious.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset: ''The user cannot update and customize the headset on the Xbox console. They can customize audio settings etc… on the wireless controller that comes with headset.
For firmware updates the headset would need to be plugged into a PC or laptop and updated through Our SteelSeries GG software.''

The answer from staff is not correct. You can connect a TV to the headset if your TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connect the TV with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to the Line-In connection on the base unit, then connect the laptop by USB into the USB-C connection that is labeled USB. You will hear the TV and Laptop at the same time, as you will with anything connected to Line-In. As you are connecting to a laptop, you can use the SteelSeries GG software to adjust the volume of both to your liking.

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Xbox Wireless Headset is not compatible with a TV but would be compatible with a PC via the USB-C port.

I have bought these and there are 2x Lithium Ion Batteries. It says one as the Argos staff member mentioned above BUT thats because there is one already inside the headset so there is 1 outside therefore 2 in total.
