Awesome
I’ve been using the Arctis Pro Wireless for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best headsets I’ve owned. The dual‑battery system is a game‑changer—I never have to stop mid‑session to charge, since I can just swap batteries and keep going. The sound quality is rich and detailed, with crisp highs and deep bass that makes games, music, and movies feel incredibly immersive. The comfort is another huge win; the ski‑goggle headband and soft ear cushions make it easy to wear for hours without any pressure or heat buildup. The wireless connection has been rock‑solid, with zero noticeable lag, and the included base station makes switching between devices effortless. Overall, it feels premium in every way, and it’s become a core part of my setup that I genuinely enjoy using every day.

Top tier headset
Bought this to replace my longstanding headphone brand. The software is excellent, can set profiles for your music, games etc all individually (I have 5 channels set currently). Sound and mic are top tier, fit feels great and the split channel audio is great addition and the physical console for this is really cool. It also charges a battery while you use the other. I also use this with Switch 2, x-box, laptop as well as my PC with no issues (Not paired to them all at the same time, just 2). You aren't going to get the fullest use out of them with console only I wouldn't think unless there is an app maybe for mobile that I haven't seen where you can use the EQ settings? If I was purchasing solely for console I would buy a cheaper option as consoles just aren't equipped for the management and full use of peripherals just yet.

Line of dead pixels
I purchased this and right out of the box on the screen in my battle box. There are a line of dead pixels vertically. I will attach a picture. The product works great but I need a new battle box. I just purchased this and just opened it a couple days ago

Awesome headest
This headset is top notch. The bass is great, I really feel the 3D Surround. It’s easy to set up, and the dual connection is awesome. The fit is comfortable and I feel a good seal around my ears, which helps the ANC even more. The microphone is very clear and my friends have noticed the difference. The personalization software is approachable, yet detailed. The only drawback that I have noticed is some lag/compression when the box is set too close to multiple electronics. Moving it has mostly resolved this issue.

Hello Ghost,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset: ''The user cannot update and customize the headset on the Xbox console. They can customize audio settings etc… on the wireless controller that comes with headset.

Hello Craig,
For the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset.
This was released 22 July 2022.
Thank you for using Q & A.
The answer from staff is not correct. You can connect a TV to the headset if your TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connect the TV with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to the Line-In connection on the base unit, then connect the laptop by USB into the USB-C connection that is labeled USB. You will hear the TV and Laptop at the same time, as you will with anything connected to Line-In. As you are connecting to a laptop, you can use the SteelSeries GG software to adjust the volume of both to your liking.
Hello there
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Xbox Wireless Headset is not compatible with a TV but would be compatible with a PC via the USB-C port.
