About this product
Obaby's Sophie swinging crib provides the perfect environment for babies to stay snug and sleep soundly from birth up to approximately six months. Featuring a gentle rocking motion, the Sophie carefully swings your child into slumber, soothing them as they fall. Further to this, the crib can then be placed easily into a locked static position so your little one's bedtime is not disturbed. The crib strikes a great balance between classic and contemporary, with an open slatted design so parents can watch over their little one while they sleep.
- Includes a 3.5cm deep vented foam mattress that is water resistant, fully breathable, features hypo allergenic properties and a fully removable cover; washable at 60C.

Haven't actually used it yet. Given to my daughter as we await the birth of our first grandchild. She is very pleased with it. It is lovely. Delivery was good and as expected.

I bought this a few weeks back and is perfect for our bedroom. We don't have space for a nursery so we made one in a corner of our bedroom. The baby didn't like the mattress so we had to buy another one. Otherwise we are happy with the purchase.

It is solely dependant on whether you would like to use a mattress protector. We would advise using one just to help keep the mattress cleaner however, it is not a necessity.
