Brought this for my 2 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it! Love the sides, perfect for my little girl not to high. Drawer half size of bed but only using to put spare bed sheets so not an issue for myself. Easy to put up if your a DIY person.. does take an hour, definitely need a drill to speed up time! For the slats & drawer fittings, but everything else is with an Allen key which is provided Brought in sale at good price would not have brought at full price to be honest.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Brooklyn Toddler Bed With Drawer - White: The Brooklyn toddler bed is safety tested to 100kg. BS 8509 standard. So, it can support weight up to 100 kg.
But as the bed only is 140cm long internally, will the toddler bed normally only be used for kids up to max. 135-140cm, where the kid is way under 100kg.
But if its possible for a parent to be together with the kid in the 140x70cm toddler bed, it can carry up to 100kg.

“ Yes, the drawer can be put on each side. There is a drawer stop in the bed ends. There is double drilling for mounting the drawer stop, to make it possible to put the drawer on each side.”

The supplier has confirmed the following on the Brooklyn Toddler Bed With Drawer:
“Yes, the drawer can be on either side. There is a stop under the bed for the drawer, to make the drawer front flush with the front of the bed. In the manual, it shows that there are two holes that are usable to allow you to set the stop up in the correct position for either side. You are unable to use two drawers at the same time.”

A toddler bed is only really recommended for up to 4 years old. From 4 years old, a single bed is recommended. A toddler mattress is only 70cm wide and an older child may prefer more space to move around safely. An older child can fit onto toddler mattress if they are less than 140cm in height but this wouldn't be very comfortable or suitable.
