About this product
You're setting up a proper boxing space at home. This RDX X1 17 piece set gives you everything you need for serious training. The punch bag uses non-tear Maya hide leather with twin-layered G-Core Technology for durability. It handles intense sessions without wearing down. You'll get boxing gloves with Quadro Dome-B1 design for proper hand protection during practise.
The set includes a heavy-duty steel wall bracket for secure mounting. Chains, swivel and D-shackle keep the bag stable while you work out. There's a jump rope, hand gripper and wraps for varied training sessions. The waterproof build stands up to heavy use. You can fill the bag to suit your training needs and build strength and technique at home.

decent enough
i first brought a cheap hanging bag from amazon, but their delivery failed as they used a rubbish cheap delivery service, yodel. so i decided to buy this more expensive one from argos and im happy because its worth it due to the fact argos has a proper delivery service with set times you select. that alone is worth the premium price. the bag itself i havent hung it yet, so im not yet sure how sturdy the bracket is, i dunno but it doesnt look as sturdy as the brackets they had in my previous martial arts places but ive yet to hang it yet though. the bag was a decent size, i didnt know whether 4 foot would be too small but its the correct standard size for a bag youd find everywhere, so the size was correct and perfect. as for the weight i dont think its too heavy, may have to add sand to it or something later, it feels light to me compared to bags at the place i do kickboxing and it feels a bit bendy. but thats all fine, you can add more filling and weight yourself. it is probably good as it is at the current weight for amateurs and children. but youd want to add more weight later.

1) 4ft Pre-filled Punch Bag: This bag comes pre-filled with approximately 18-20 kgs of filling. However, it can be filled up to a maximum capacity of 40-50 kgs, depending on your preferences.
2) 5ft Pre-filled Punch Bag: Similarly, this variant comes pre-filled with approximately 20-22 kgs of filling. It can also be filled up to a maximum capacity of 50-60 kgs, according to your preferences.''

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the RDX X1 17 Piece 4ft Punch Bag Set: In regard to your query, we recommend hanging punchbags for indoor fittings not for outdoor as the item is water resistant not waterproof. So, if you hang the bag on an outside wall. Yes, it Will rust.

“ Please note that the chains are of 1.5 Ft long and the 4 ft punch bag itself. So we suggest you place the wall bracket 6.5 ft or 7 ft according to the fighter height. ”
