About this product
The Vax Air Lift 2 Pet Plus is a corded upright that does carpets, hard floors, and converts into a lift-out for stairs, sofas and the car. It uses VersaClean Technology to agitate and lift debris on all surfaces, with multi-cyclonic technology and a motorised floorhead that adjusts between carpet and hard floors. It's manageable to carry around, and the long cord gives you plenty of reach through larger rooms without constantly switching sockets.
It's designed for homes with pets and kids, so you get a turbo tool for tough pet hair, antimicrobial protection, and a tough brush attachment for ingrained dirt. The dustbin holds more, so you don't need to empty it as often, and it comes with a crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, dusting brush, and turbo brush. The hose gives you decent reach for above-floor cleaning. Works across carpets, hard floors, stairs and upholstery.

I have had this product for a while and is a great hoover, using to replace a cordless one where battery wasn’t lasting. It could do with some better quality additional heads and using a corded hoover again gets some raking used to, but the benefit is no loss of performance and durability, would recommend it.

Great Vacuum
Been a few months since i bought this as my last Vax stopped working after around 8 years. It is great, but the width is a little smaller than my last one and can be a bit fiddly but I bought it online without trying so is the risk you take. I see reviews about a cable, its a cable and does what it needs to. Overall its good, does what I need it to do. Cleans. Simple.

Press the brush On/Off button located on the floorhead, to activate the brushbar/brushroll. The brushes should be ON for carpets and hard floor, and OFF for delicate flooring and or flooring not suitable for a rotating brush bar.

Removing the brush bar on the Vax Air Lift 2 Pet Plus Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner is very easy, twist the side button and slide it out of the compartment.
