I’m happy with purchase! Ninja kettle is a solid choice — especially with those temp presets. No more burnt green tea or lukewarm coffee. You can’t go wrong with the presets — 70°C green, 80°C oolong, 90°C black, 100°C herbal. Makes a huge difference to taste, in addition to this it has a Keep warm function. Perfect for when you’re making a few cups back to back or get distracted, added benefit is that it’s fast boil, and looks great next to my Ninja knives, toaster, ninja foodi and ninja saucepans, I wouldn’t buy anything other than lminja, I also have the wood fire and pizza oven

I bought this kettle a few days ago. I absolutely love it. The keep warm function is very useful. The quality is excellent and it boils very quickly, it’s maybe a bit on the noisy side but it’s ok. It’s quite a compact kettle and doesn’t take up too much space.so far I am very pleased with it.

Yes, the kettle will produce steam during use, which is completely normal and shows it’s working correctly. For safety, use the handle and avoid placing your hands or face near the spout while it’s heating.
The frequency in which the filter needs to be changed in a hard-water area also depends on the water hardness in your current area, which makes an exact estimate hard to provide. We recommend running regular descaling sessions to ensure the proper functionality of your kettle. Please consult the instructions manual for appropriate descaling instructions. Having checked I can see if 100°C Boil is selected the temperature will hold at 93°C for up to 30 minutes.

Thats not true, the outside is extremely hot. I got a right fright the other day when I touched it to see.
