Nice kettle but didn’t last long.
I bought this kettle because of the different temperature settings which I find very useful. However, this is the second one I’ve purchased, the first packed in after just 2.5years. It’s a lot of money to spend on a kettle that only lasts as long as a cheap,plastic one. If this one does the same I won’t buy another. To be honest it’s put me off buying ninja products in the future and I have bought a lot from them.

Worst Kettle
In 2 years I am now on my 3rd kettle and my 2nd base the 3 kettles have all developed the same fault the last kettle developed the fault after a few days, this has to have been the worst kettle that I have purchased and wouldn't recommend - I would expect a kettle at this price to last a lot longer with no faults for more that a few days .

So slow on lower temperatures
Disappointed, if you use the lower temperature settings it takes an age to reach it. Say if you select 70 it will reach 60 to 65 and turn itself off and then on again , this happens several times until it reaches 70 while you are waiting impatiently for it to reach temperature. I don’t know if this is a fault however it is difficult to find out. The kettle itself is lovely and I have several other Ninja products.

This kettle runs at 3000W.
To pour tea, coffee, or chocolate into the cup, the kettle needs to be tilted slightly without being turned completely around.

Having checked I can see if 100°C Boil is selected the temperature will hold at 93°C for up to 30 minutes.

The exterior of the Ninja KT200UK Perfect Temperature Kettle - Black will not be cool to touch but will not be extremely hot either. The kettle will be warm when it has boiled water.
