Missing parts
Although looked lovely wasn't able to use. Before building it we took all the parts out and had some small pieces missing and didn't have anymore in stock so had to return.

Comfortable and easy to assemble
I needed a 2-seater that had some height in order to maximise views from the garden. The ability to shorten the chains at the top (or leave them out completely) allowed us to achieve a seat height of about 600mm from the ground. Really easy to assemble and feels sturdy.

Excellent purchase
Been looking for a hanging chair for ages and spotted this in the habitat sale - it arrived on time - although delivery drivers were a little reluctant to deliver it where we wanted it ( this was a short distance to the back of our property all on the level) once unboxed putting it together was a little tricky as the pieces did not fully align and one side was curved at a different angle to the other - rang customer service who offered an exchange but then discovered it was out of stock - we have fitted new chains to try and realign the structure so the seat sits level - it seems to have worked for now - that said the chair is good quality and looks contemporary - enough to comfortably sit 2 - bought the recommended cover but following a downpour the cushions were soaked despite the cover in place which was disappointing as it was not cheap - looking for an alternative- despite the issues the seat is lovely - and fits into our small garden space - I would therefore still recommend it but buyer be aware there may be similar issues with alignment and look for a better cover!

Really pleased with my garden swing sofa. The colour is better than the pic. More of an oatmeal colour. Really easy for two gals to put up, one 20 yr old granddaughter & 73 yr old grandma. Took about 1 hour. Instructions good, all the tools you’ll need to do the job. Cushions really thick and super comfortable. With 2 of my cushions either end I can lay out on it with legs hanging over the end. Defo recommended especially at the reduced price

Lovely swing chair
This swing chair is lovely. It’s comfortable to sit on, it looks great and is a real addition to the garden. However, it is not easy to assemble in that the main tubes that support the chair do not line up with the screw holes completely thus making it very hard to assemble as brute force is required. It is a 2 x person job. Would’ve given the chair 5 stars were it not for the tricky assembly.

Love, love, love this chair!
We did a lot of research, searching and head scratching before we decided to buy the Habitat double swing chair. We've had swing seats in the past and find them relaxing but not always comfortable. This chair is amazingly strong, comfortable and very stylish. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. It fits on our patio very well, relatively easy to put together and everyone loves it who visits. The two chair half's are a little bit fiddly to screw together but nothing difficult. Just be prepared for a MASSIVE box on delivery 😃

No, the seat doesn’t swing. The chains at the top are to adjust the seat height and, at the bottom, there are two anchors that go around the bottom of the frame to hold it in place. There will be slight movement but it's not intended to swing.

The cushions can be removed but not for machine washing. These cannot be washed in the machine, please only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
