You can adjust the sensitivity of the HORI Racing Wheel Apex using button combinations on the wheel itself or via the HORI Device Manager app, but you cannot physically make the wheel's inherent mechanical sturdiness or looseness less stiff. The physical resistance is a fixed component of the hardware's design.
