I purchased the HORI racing wheel apex for ps5 hoping to play forza horizon 5 sadly this product didn’t work so well the problem wasn’t the connection more that the stand couldn’t stay still while turning the steering wheel and made the steering impossible to make turn movement on forza 5

Yes, the HORI Racing Wheel Apex is compatible with Gear Club Unlimited 2 on the PS5, but it will only work in "normal mode" (PS5-N), not "steering mode" (PS5-S). This is because the game is on a list of titles that are not fully compatible with the PS5-S mode and require specific settings adjustments.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for HORI Racing Wheel Apex For PS5, PS4 & PC.
The HORI Racing Wheel Apex is compatible with the PS4 version of The Crew™ 2 when played on a PS5. To use it correctly, set the wheel to either Comp. PS4 (PS4-N) or Comp. PS5 (PS4-N) mode.
However, please note the following limitations:
The TouchPad function is not supported, so the map screen won’t display.
To control the camera view, you’ll need to assign the directional buttons to the right analogue stick.
When driving boats or aircraft, assign the directional buttons to the left analogue stick.
Additionally, this wheel is also compatible with the Steam version of The Crew™ 2. The same control adjustments apply for camera operation.
