The first one didn't work - not recognised by my laptop. The second one seems fine, without too much fuss, I was able to begin transferring photo folders across. Time will tell just how good a product it really is.

I needed extra storage space for the files I had accumulated on my desktop pc, this fitted the bill, works straight out of the box, plug'n'play, at 4TB hopefully I won't need another one any time soon.
