Great features and very quiet
I’ve had a compact bread maker for a while but decided to upgrade it to a normal sized one and I love it. The bread is so soft, but crusty on top and it’s normal sized slices which is brilliant. Stays fresh not that it does a great deal as it’s eaten quite quickly. Will be trying out different bread flours and sour doughs.

Great non-stick tin
This machine replaced our 17 year old SD-254. It has much the same functions, and the loaf just slides easily out of the shiny new tin. My only quibble is that the display is very small, and it is placed near the back of the top of the machine. I am not very tall and it is very difficult for me to see it, I have to tilt the machine forwards! However apart from that, I am very pleased with it.

Fantastic product.
This is the 2nd time I have purchased a Panasonic bread maker. The last one was used 2-3 tines a week for baking excellent bread and cakes and the machine lasted 14years! The breadmaker is so simple to use with clear instructions and multiple baking options. The recipe book is clear and has delicious recipes. Overall an excellent product and lives up to its Which recommend product.

We have made pizza dough and French bread which have been nice. Machine had been simple to use and the timer is handy to set up up to be ready for morning baking.

Bread Maker
Generally pretty good all round machine. My only complaint is the size of the program window, very difficult to read when the machine is on a work-top. should be at least double the size.

Redesigned Bread Maker.
I bought it as a direct replacement for my old 2500. It's not as well designed as that older model in that orientation is 90Deg different which makes the LCD screen harder to see also taking up somewhat more space on my worktop. The recipe book is somewhat lacking in recipes so that Ive had to add the old recipes to this new one and hoping that they work out. Having said all that, the B/maker works fine.

Replacement of a long used Panasonic bread maker
Having used a Panasonic bread maker for 30+years, I just bought another when it finally stopped producing excellent loaves. Possibly the thermostat was faulty. The new model is a little less sturdily built but, so far, so good.

No, it just sits on top. It helps if you pour it onto the measuring spoon to avoid gouging a hole in the flour. It works fine, even if left to run overnight.

I replaced my 2500 with the 2510 after the old one died. The new one is very similar and works just as well - its much quieter in fact. However, many if not all of the recipes have the wrong amount of sugar tablespoons instead of teaspoons. I would recommend using recipes from your old machine.
