Great sound
After setting up to Sony TV, I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality on its own with out a sub or surround speakers. It makes live sport and movies 100 times better.

I was abit dubious buying this product at that price and sound quality.i needn't worry as it sounds superb with my new tv.the bass is just right along with easy setup within the Sonos app.overall a excellent soundbar and worth the price.

Great soundbar.
I really took my time choosing this soundbar, I noticed it was the only bar with 5 star reviews, I didn’t want all the fancy “Bells and Whistles” that I would probably never use, the size was perfect for my 55” t v, not taking over, and it was replacing a Sky soundbox. The voices are very clear, and music was too, I have to admit though I did treat myself to the mini sub to really enhance it. Can really recommend.

Easy Setup, Great Sound - Happy Customer!
I purchased the soundbar couple of weeks ago and have been extremely pleased. It was easy to setup and provides a Great sound. Always been a Bose person and decided I wanted something compact for where I wanted to place it. I did some research and the Sonos had received good reviews, so took a chance. Glad I did - looks good and has a Great sound!

Please note the Sonos beam does NOT work with android phones - ie you can NOT play music directly from your android device to the beam 2 even through wi-fi. Sonos specifically removed this feature forcing you to pay for online streaming services. Also the set up calibration only works with iphones - not android so your stuck with the out of the box set up. - Beware.

The supplier has advised the following for the Sonos Beam Gen2 Sound Bar - Black:
"You can add Google assistance to the Sonos system. The one main downside is that Google and Sonos will not let you group Sonos speakers with Nest speakers. As a result, you can either play music on your Sonos device or any Nest device but not both simultaneously."

I do not know the specifications for the Toshiba CT-8541 TV the TV should be able to connect to the Sonos Beam Gen2 Sound Bar - Black with a HDMI or optical cable.
