Works well but cleaning ridiculous
I bought this 3 weeks ago to help me with a severe chest infection and sinusitis. It certainly helps with breathing at night and managing coughing. The Vicks scented pads irritate me I think but I might be allergic to some of the ingredients so use it without and use oils I like on my chest. But the cleaning process recommended is awful. The instructions for the recommended use weekly of white vinegar are confusing - should it be diluted or not? Separate sentences say different things. And the use of diluted bleach also to be done weekly are not helpful either especially as anyone likely to need to use this humidifier will have a lower or no sense of smell while infected and so cannot tell when it has been rinsed enough. The whole process of rinsing the base is potentially hazardous with open slots into the electronics on that base. And then there is drying the base which is extremely fiddly. Says easy to clean! Absolutely not.

It's a good option for humidifier but cleaning it is such a pain.

Is good for a big open plan space.
The buttons are really unresponsive ad takes ages to set the levels. The vapour pads run out quickly it takes 2 of them so can be over powering at the start. You can’t have the vapour without the mist. Left on top over night and it soaks the area.

Hello, Raine! Thank you for your question. We recommend waiting until the child is 3 months old and weighs more than 4.5 kg before using the Rosemary and Lavander VapoPads. For the Menthol VapoPads, the child must be 3 years or older. Make sure to read the instructions before use.

When you turn ON the device, the cleaning indicator light and sound will go on.
You will need to press the indicator to acknowledge that the water tank has been cleaned, the sound and light to clean will turn off.

- the size of the room;
- the size of the humidifier;
- the original humidity.
The model you are looking at is suitable for a space that is 35m². When placed into a smaller one, it will take a short amount of time to reach the optimal humidity, after which you need to adjust the output or turn it off. The initial level plays a role in how soon and how often you must monitor the humidity in the room, particularly if you keep the door closed.
We recommend testing the device during the day before running it overnight. This way, regularly peeking at the hygrometer will give you insights into the best settings.
