It isn't what I thought it was!!
I bought this some months ago. It isn't what I thought it was. I thought it was a vaporiser. Used once - now lives in the bottom of the wardrobe.

Disappointed
Disappointed really. Feels nice if your face is directly in front but not much use at even 3 feet away. Says up to 35 metre room but ours is about 24 square metres and no way that it would improve whole room. Also slightly disappointed at angle of mist spray 45 degrees upwards. Not sure wher it would be good at that angle. Bedside locker too high, floor too low and makes bed damp.

Annoying design
I bought this for my mother who struggles to breathe when the air is too dry. I have mixed feelings about this. It has a variable mist, which is good. The on/off & mist volume are touch controls which I don’t find very responsive and is annoying. When filling the tank you have to remove it from the base & turn it upside down. That bit isn’t a problem. However, to re attach the tank to the base there are no obvious marks to line up, which means you are having to wiggle the tank on the base to get it to sit in the right place. Simple line up marks would make this more straight forward and we’ve used a sharpie to put lines on base and tank in there ‘set’ position.

I bought this for my room i have a pug and he suffers bad at night with his breathing . I've never seen him sleep so well after using this ..Definitely some difference .

Works well but cleaning ridiculous
I bought this 3 weeks ago to help me with a severe chest infection and sinusitis. It certainly helps with breathing at night and managing coughing. The Vicks scented pads irritate me I think but I might be allergic to some of the ingredients so use it without and use oils I like on my chest. But the cleaning process recommended is awful. The instructions for the recommended use weekly of white vinegar are confusing - should it be diluted or not? Separate sentences say different things. And the use of diluted bleach also to be done weekly are not helpful either especially as anyone likely to need to use this humidifier will have a lower or no sense of smell while infected and so cannot tell when it has been rinsed enough. The whole process of rinsing the base is potentially hazardous with open slots into the electronics on that base. And then there is drying the base which is extremely fiddly. Says easy to clean! Absolutely not.

Hello, Raine! Thank you for your question. We recommend waiting until the child is 3 months old and weighs more than 4.5 kg before using the Rosemary and Lavander VapoPads. For the Menthol VapoPads, the child must be 3 years or older. Make sure to read the instructions before use.

You will need to press the indicator to acknowledge that the water tank has been cleaned, the sound and light to clean will turn off.

There are three main aspects to consider when introducing a humidifier into a room:
- the size of the room;
- the size of the humidifier;
- the original humidity.
The model you are looking at is suitable for a space that is 35m². When placed into a smaller one, it will take a short amount of time to reach the optimal humidity, after which you need to adjust the output or turn it off. The initial level plays a role in how soon and how often you must monitor the humidity in the room, particularly if you keep the door closed.
We recommend testing the device during the day before running it overnight. This way, regularly peeking at the hygrometer will give you insights into the best settings.
