Very disappointed.
I had to buy and return two of these as both made and extremely loud noise when the lights were turned on and the fan was turned off. The heating element worked fine but there seems to be common problems with the light.

I bought my first fire a month ago which unfortunately I had to return to Argos because the flame effect had a loud intermittent noise. Returned the fire and bought an other one the same and it works really well without any noise.

Waited for delivery of next but was very noisey and heating would come on spontaneously so this was returned as well. “ The lifespan of the light bulb in our wall fires can vary depending on usage. However, generally, the bulbs used in our products are designed to last for approximately 1,000 to 2,000 hours of operation.
Please assure the customer that if they experience any issues with the bulbs that they can connect to us directly as we will be able to assist with this. ”
