Poor quality screws
One of the screws used to attach the coat hooks to the wood had a poor thread which would not tighten, luckily I had some spares of my own otherwise it would have gone back for a refund and also wasting my time !.

There's just one in a pack. It is a single, four-coat hook. The distance between the drill holes is 12cm.
