I bought 2 of these last week. The boxes are sturdy and good value for money. Unfortunately the dimensions given on the Argos website are incorrect by 100mm or so on the width meaning I cannot use them for the purpose they were bought hence only 3 stars. I kept them as(1) I didn’t fancy the trip back to change them (2) They are decent storage boxes and I’m sure they will prove useful for something else.

Overall Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Decent box, but poor after-sales support and damaged parts The Strata 42L Heavy Duty Plastic Storage Box itself seems fine and sturdy enough for basic storage, but my overall experience has been frustrating. When the item was delivered, one of the lids arrived damaged. Getting a replacement sorted out through Argos was far from straightforward, and to make matters worse, when the replacement lid finally arrived, it was missing a handle. I had to reach out to their online chat again, only to be told after another lengthy interaction to contact them back in 72 hours—at which point the customer service agent simply ended the chat on me. The product itself appears OK, but the poor quality control and tedious after-sales service really ruined the experience.

Met my camping requirements well
This met my requirements well. I use it for storing clothes etc forcamping instead of a travel bag or case. I have all the things Id normally have in a case or holdall from toiletries, shoes, clothes, towels etc. I left it outside of car at night so I had more space and it failed well in rain.
