About this product
This clear storage box is brilliant for tucking away bulky stuff you don't use every day - think seasonal gear, spare bedding, or toys that need corralling. The 100L capacity gives you loads of room for all sorts, from chunky winter coats to kids' sports kit, and the translucent design means you can see what's inside without opening it up. The lid clips on securely and opens at both ends, so you can grab what you need without faffing about. Plus, it's stackable, which is handy when you want to make the most of vertical space in the garage or loft.
The sturdy plastic construction holds its shape and stands up to everyday use, and it arrives fully assembled so you can start using it straight away. At 80cm x 40cm x 51cm, it's a proper workhorse for bigger storage jobs. The whole thing weighs just 2.44kg, so it's light enough to move around when you're reorganising. Simple, practical storage that keeps things tidy and out of the way - just what you need when you're trying to keep clutter under control.

These are NOT 40cm across the bottom - I ordered two, went out of my way to collect them only to find that the bottom of the crates are actually 28cm across i.e. 11 inches. The top, i.e. lid may measure 40cm but the bottoms certainly did not - this is misleading and your answer from Argos staff is incorrect. As the person querying this mentioned, the crates are tapered. Please amend where you show the measurements.
