Review and product adjustment
Great product and it works straight away. However, I would suggest that it be designed to use one Vicks pad instead of two, as they are quite expensive and usually last only about 8 hours, which is not always enough. I would also recommend adding a way to change the lights, as well as the pads, so you can notice the difference not only by the smell but also in the atmosphere.

First broke, replacement didn't even turn on
Bought a drought home. Worked night 1 the night 2 started beeping but eventually stopped night 3 it started going crazy lights flickering a d the beeping but this time it wouldn't turn off so took it back. The recent brought it home plugged it in and nothing, it would t even turn on so took that straight back the next day. Got a refund but only after the woman at Argos examined the wire while simultaneously looking at me as if I'd sabotaged it lol.

Hi Jess! It is perfectly normal to hear a light trickling or bubbling sound when your humidifier is running. This is simply the sound of water moving from the tank into the base reservoir to keep the mist flowing. Because this model uses a gravity-fed system, you’ll hear that 'glugging' or trickling as the unit automatically refills itself.

The water tank is technically transparent (clear), but it has a slight blue tint to the plastic. It is clear enough that you can easily see the water level and when it needs a clean.

"For safety and optimal performance, we only recommend using Vicks VapoPads with this humidifier. Our devices are specifically calibrated to work with the size and essential oil concentration of our own pads. Using other brands may result in poor performance or damage to the unit.
Considering your baby age, we recommend running the humidifier with plain water only. It will still soothe the baby`s airways and help him breathe easier without the risk of an incorrect or over-concentrated scent pad.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. For best cleaning routine you could refer to the product manual where you will find a step-by-step guideline. For best performance, the humidifier needs regular cleaning. Every 3 days, empty the tank, rinse it with clean water, remove any buildup, and dry all parts. Don’t leave water sitting in the tank when not in use.
Once a week, remove scale by soaking the tank and reservoir in white vinegar for 15–20 minutes, then rinse well. Also disinfect weekly using a mild bleach solution, letting it sit for 20 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Never immerse the base in water and avoid detergents or abrasive cleaners.

I googled it and it says not to use round animals as can affect their respiratory and cause coughing and sneezing. I was going to buy it but not if not safe round my dogs
Only without the vapour inserts. Vicks rub is deadly to cats, for example. Only use distilled water when using around breeds with breathing difficulties such as pugs.
