Great product for keeping food warm
I needed a way to give my son hot food when he was working late. I read this food flask’s reviews and it seemed that this is what I needed. I have been using this flask for 3 weeks now and I am so pleased I bought it. My son says the food is warm by the time he eats it. It can be a bit messy getting the food into the flask, but find a big spoon and shovel the food in, and it helps. If you heat the flask up with boiling water and the food itself, this flask works well. I do recommend to others.

Great for an On-The-Go hot lunch
I preheat it with a bit of hot water prior to putting whatever leftover I have on hand. It works great. Just remember where and which side to put the seal as it comes off when washing.

The lid cannot be broken down into smaller component parts for washing. You do remove the O-ring gasket but, other than that, you'd just wash it as it is.
