Excellent flask
i bought this flask one month ago and used it every Sunday morning and have already got my money back by having enough for four persons to all have a full (very hot) cup of tea. Excellent flask keeps liquid warm for well over 24HRS, unbelievable.

Thermos 1.2 Litre Stainless Steel King Flask
I already owned one of these 1.2 litre Thermos steel flasks to replace an old 1.9 litre glass vacuum 'Thermos' flask so, I bought another to make up the volume of tea I could carry. Actually, the 1.2L was big enough. It's obviously much more durable and can take a bit of knocking about. The insulation is brilliant and keeps my tea hot all day and even into the night and the next day ... what more could you want. Oh, and the pouring is really easy with just a half turn of the screw cap. The wide opening also makes the steel flask easier to clean out than the old glass vacuum flasks which is great as you can easily to keep the tea stains at bay. I've had steel flasks before but they were never quite as good as these Thermos branded ones.

The handle is not my favorite but it’s sturdy and durable and still somewhat easy to pour. Athena flask really keeps a large capacity at a hot temperature for hours

Great flask that works!
Sometimes it pays to spend a little more! After having numerous insulated flasks fail me time and again. I decided to invest in a well known brand and I wasn't disappointed. We had an outdoor day in temperatures of 4C, our toes and fingers were cold and we arried the flask around with us all day and each time we poured we had piping hot chocolate. It was even hot 14 hours after preparing (the last little bits). The twistable cap makes it easy to pour without losing the lid or heat. And it's a very sturdy design. We mamaged to get 10 small beakers of hot chocolate out of it so the kids were very happy.

Superb flask - really hot drinks + super tough
Superb flask. As other reviewers have said, it keeps water boiling hot for hours. We have got through 5 other Thermos flasks and have a nice collection of (expensive) plastic cups as they were so fragile. This one is not. Well recommended, should have bought it years ago.

“ We can confirm that all Thermos products are tested to meet EN Standards. Temperature requirements for EN standards depend on the capacity and type of product.
We are not able to guarantee the temperature of water for any specific flask. This is due to variants which can change the water temperature, such as; temperature of the water originally placed in the flask, the age of the flask and ambient conditions. If you need to be certain of the temperature, we would advise using a thermometer. ”
