It does keeps food hot for many hours as advertised, Comes with a foldable stainless steel spoon stowed in the lid.It also has a very tough build. It feels like it can survive daily knocks and travel. It is also very easy to clean. Just be careful when you open it, you lose heat fast because of the large opening. Also I would not recommend it for drinks, as its design is optimised for food. If your use case is day hikes, commute lunches, or any scenario where you want hot (or cold) meals without carrying a stove, this flask is excellent. It doesn’t stray from what it claims: it keeps food hot for many hours, resists damage, and offers smart conveniences.

Useful Pot
I bought a pair pf these, like lots of other reviewers, to take some decent food to my wife while she was in hospital. It's all you want. Holds enough, keeps food hot for quite a while and even has a folding spoon. Now she's out I will be using them for when I go fishing in the winter. Only down side for me was that they were cheaper elsewhere, but Argos had them for next day which is what I needed.

Does what it says on the box
We have used the two of these to keep hot dog sausages warm for a picnic and they worked perfectly. The dogs being put in at 8am and still too hot to handle at 1.30pm making the hot dogs a delicious treat.
