I've had one of these for a few years and just bought this second one for my wife because I like mine so much. It's just the right size for a portion of soup or chili, totally leak proof when closed properly and keeps food hot for hours. I also really like the little folding spoon that slots into the lid.

Exxcellent flask, keeps food warm all day!
Excellent flask, exceeded my expectations. I heat food up in the morning before leaving for work at 7am, and when I eat my lunch from it at 1pm, its still just as hot at the morning! When I first saw it I was dubious about the size, however it fits oe full portion of soup or a full meal in it perfectly. No matter how much it is flung around my bag when travelling, there are never spills or leaks, and it is extremely easy to clean, I would highly recommend.
