Its a good cup for keeping your coffee hot. Its only drawback is the fact that water will get into the cavity either via the screw hole fixing the two halves together or via the top seal. The fixing screw is steel so rusts which does not make it easy to remove or replace.

I previously owned a Thermocafe and when I picked the old mug, there was a noise has though water was in-between the layers.
I had the mugs a very long time.
So I am really happy to purchase the items again.

The Thermocafe mugs are the perfect size and not too heavy to carry in my rucksack to use on a day out with a picnic and flask of coffee. They look good and hold a decent volume of liquid.

these are not leak proof, i like the fact you can separate the lid elements, making it easier to clean. although this does keep the drinks warm, I would say they don't keep for over an hour before becoming lukewarm which is disappointing

I bought these cups to make coffee stay hot and last longer when out with friends. The drink stays hot for a long time compared to a standard cup and it means I don't need to buy 2 expensive coffees when sitting in company for more than an hour. Also I get 25pence discount when using the new cup. This cup payed for it's self in days. Very Very pleased

Depending on the temperature when placed into the cup this will hold the heat or cold in for 30-45 minutes before it starts to change in temperature.
