About this product
Solar powered LED wall light with grey aluminum frame and matt glass finish. The integrated LED bulb produces 10 lumens in a warm white light of 3000k. When fully charged the light while shine for up to 8 hours and is equipped with a day to night sensor and an on/off switch. The IP44 protection rating ensure it is ideal for outdoor use. Easily wall mounted with all mounting materials included.

Avoid - poor light rather pointless
Bought this knowing it was cheap but expecting it might just do the job. It works occasionally but more often then not the light it gives off is minimal...however now that we have drilled the holes in our render..it's staying, avoid. One star as it looks nice.

Hello Solar Light Buyer,
The supplier has advised the following for the Smartwares Aluminum Solar LED Wall Light:
This does not have a separate on/off switch. The lamp is activated as soon as the battery strip is removed (which it comes with and which prevents the contacts touching prior to first use). Switching it off can only be done by removing the battery or replacing this strip.
You do not have to set a day-to-night sensor, if the solar panel gets less sunlight the light just comes on.

The Smartwares Aluminum Solar LED Wall Light, has a motion sensor where it will come on for 8 hours for night time. It does not have a sensor where it just comes on when someone walks in front of it. I will pop a link below there are a couple on there where you are able to do this.
