Plug in fault... Clearly a design error.
Same issue as everyone else after about 3 years. I think we should all get new units after a redesign fixes it.. or class action law suit to ensure this occurs. It's a joke that they only offer a 30 percent discount.

Great but with 1 big annoyance
Excellent for cooking rice, steam, air frying...but painfully frustrating that the included rack doesn't fit with the crisping basket. That's an extra accessory that can't be bought on its own..

What a brilliant cooking machine
Wow, what a great item Am still learning to use the different cooking programs. But makes wonderful baked items. Never used a preasure cooker before, but a great progamme, cooks food really well and fast. Highly recommend this item.

Not worth for money
Very useful product initially, but unfortunately it didn’t last long — only 2 years and 2 months. I started getting a plug-in error, and when I contacted support, I was told I would need to buy a new unit. There was no option for repair or replacement. This was especially disappointing as I had already returned a previous unit due to a lid issue. From what I’ve seen, the plug-in error seems to be quite common. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Add pot error
Great while it lasts. The add pot error started to appear after about 12 months and for the price, it is not worth it for yhe short time it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What should I do if he turns off the electricity at home just when I turn on airfey but stew or boil works

Bad
Just waste of money. Would last you 2 years after that you would start having issues with sensors. Which Ninja can’t fix because it’s out of warranty.

Love it, but doesn’t last
I love my 15 in 1, but disappointed that it doesn’t last as an item this expensive should. It’s coming up to 3 years since I purchased it, but it has already been replaced under warranty due to an “add pot” message whilst cooking, and this is now happening again but it’s no longer in warranty despite having my current unit for less than two years. Whilst I under How warranty works and that it’s no longer covered an item this expensive should well exceed 3 years, not need replacing for the 2nd time in that period.

Hello MegC,
The supplier has advised the following for the Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid 7.5L Multi Cooker Air Fryer:
The proving temperature of this is 35 °C. You don’t directly add steam as such, you add 250ml of water to the pot. The item’s user manual will provide further details as the process may vary between different types of bread/loaves. There's no reference to use of any silicone liners though, it refers to baking parchment. On this basis, we'd have to advise against their use.
Thank you for using Q&A.
