Doesn’t last more than two years
I bought the Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 and, after just over two years, it has developed a fault. It keeps shutting off halfway through a cooking programme and displaying “ADD POT”, as though the base is no longer recognising the cooking pot. I’ve been told that the whole base/machine now needs replacing. I genuinely think a two-year warranty is not enough for an appliance of this price. When you spend this much money on a premium kitchen appliance, you reasonably expect it to last considerably longer than two years. What makes this even more frustrating is that, after reading other customers’ experiences, I’m clearly not the only person whose 15-in-1 has developed faults around or shortly after the warranty period. This makes me question whether there is an underlying manufacturing or design issue that Ninja needs to investigate. I want to make clear that I absolutely love this machine. It has genuinely been one of the best appliances I’ve owned. Having 15 functions in one appliance has saved me from buying and storing so many separate products, which is exactly why I’m so disappointed. Ninja has offered me 30% off a replacement, which I appreciate, but I originally bought mine while it was on offer. The replacement is currently full price, so even with the discount I’m now having to spend a considerable amount again on a machine that I’m worried could develop the same problem in another couple of years. I’m genuinely contemplating whether to buy another one because of this. I really urge Ninja to investigate these recurring faults and look at improving the long-term durability of the 15-in-1. Loyal customers shouldn’t be put in a position where an expensive appliance becomes unusable shortly after its warranty expires. It’s a brilliant product when it works, and I would happily continue using and recommending it but customers need confidence that a premium appliance like this is built to last.

2-3 year life
I'll give it 2 stars because when it works, it works really well. The average life I guess is 2-3 years. Mine stopped working 2.5 years later and 30 percent discount has been offered . I was almost going to fall for it but realised this is a recurring issue and so many people have wrote the same thing. I wish they'd offer 5 years warranty because one can't spend 300 pounds every 2-3 years for cook ware. I guess I'll continue using current one for pressure cooking and other modes and buy a separate airfryer. Maybe from a better company.

Ninja Food Max 15 in 1 smart lid
I purchased a Ninja Foodie Max 15-in-1 and I I used it once per week on average and after 4 years it just stopped working and it began displaying a 'Shut Lid' error message and no troubleshooting has fixed the issue. I emailed Ninja customer care several times and nothing has been sorted. I was offered 30% discount to buy a new one . Really? Spend all this money in a new one to break again after 4 years?

Great until it isn’t.
Great until it isn’t. For the price you expect it to last long than 2 years 2 months. Very frustrating. Insert probe keeps coming up won’t cook at all Ninja won’t do anything as it’s over 2 years. Making me extremely hesitant to buy anything Ninja/Shark again.

Breaks after warranty ends
Bought this item 2.5 years ago,it stopped working completely after warranty ended and just like others I was offered 30% discount for a new product. Not ready to buy new one every 2.5 years. This is absolutely ridiculous that such an expensive product breaks right after warranty ends.

Great features but built to a price
Works well but not up to heavy use. The lid wiring failed on ours shortly after it went out of warranty and the gasket has failed on the lid.

Unplug and allow your Ninja Foodi MAX SmartLid Multi‑Cooker to cool, then wipe the base and control panel with a damp cloth (do not immerse). The cooking pot, silicone ring, rack, basket, and diffuser are dishwasher safe. For the lid, wipe with a damp cloth or run a Steam cycle first to loosen residue before cleaning.
Avoid blending directly in the coated container to prevent damaging the surface, as metal blades can scratch ceramic coatings. Instead, transfer the soup to another container, or use a hand blender with a silicone or plastic guard.
The Ninja Foodi MAX SmartLid Multi-Cooker does not have a true sous vide function or precision temperature control. It offers a wide range of cooking modes, and while the Steam function can gently cook foods, it cannot replicate the exact low-temperature accuracy of sous vide.
