Amazing but broke after 4 years
The product is absolutely brilliant, but has broken after around 4 years use. The fan broke initially, but I kept the product for its other functions, but now the pressure cooker and steam function have stopped working, so it’s just a very expensive slow cooker. For an expensive bit of kit I would expect it to last longer, and I’m 50/50 about now buying another one as it sounds like I did well to get it to over 4 years old.

Excellent product
I’ve had my Ninja Foodi for just over 2 weeks now and I’m already so impressed with everything it can do. I use it for everything, even boiling eggs. It makes my life so much easier. The smart lid is awesome, no need to be swapping lids through cooking. It preheats fast and the 7.5L capacity is more than enough for a family of 4 (especially if you like batch cooking). I’m still figuring the functions out and it will take me a while to master it but I already love it and highly recommend it. The only reason for the 4 stars is actually related to Ninja’s cooking guide that comes with the item - I’ve tried using their reference steaming times with several vegetables and it never works (it always takes 4-5 times longer than the recommended time). Maybe something for Ninja to work on is make the guide more accurate.

Love this machine but it keeps failing
I love this machine... When it works that is. I've had two fail just after the warranty period. Both times it's been the fan that's failed and that is a common fault with my friends. Such a great product but it's too expensive for me to replace every 2-3 years 😕

Easy Slow Cooking
We've been using this for so long now and it is used every day! So easy to through a slow cooker meal in and leave all day, sear off some before before it slow cooks and plenty of other features, we have never tried! Only down side is there is now delay timer, sometimes the keep warm is too warm, so a delay timer would have made this perfect!

Limited Life
Absolutely love the 15 in 1 but is out of warranty and the fan has broken and so can’t air fry which is what it’s mainly used for. The company have offered 30% discount off a replacement but that still makes it an expensive replacement.

Best product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good Ninja 15 in 1! My rice comes out like it’s from a posh restaurant. Everything is quick, easy to use, and very tasty. I’ve been using it for 2 years and have had no faults at all. It is reliable, saves time, and cooks food perfectly every time. Highly recommended!

Versatile and useful appliance that does it all.
A very versatile and useful appliance. I have been pleased with the crisping results and cooking a whole chicken is both easy and delicious. The steamer function is also equally as brilliant saving time and costs. I do not use my main oven anymore because I achieve better consistency and control with my Ninja. The preheat is fast and I can precisely control when my meals are ready. A great tool especially useful for students and experienced cooks alike.

Unplug and allow your Ninja Foodi MAX SmartLid Multi‑Cooker to cool, then wipe the base and control panel with a damp cloth (do not immerse). The cooking pot, silicone ring, rack, basket, and diffuser are dishwasher safe. For the lid, wipe with a damp cloth or run a Steam cycle first to loosen residue before cleaning.
Avoid blending directly in the coated container to prevent damaging the surface, as metal blades can scratch ceramic coatings. Instead, transfer the soup to another container, or use a hand blender with a silicone or plastic guard.
The Ninja Foodi MAX SmartLid Multi-Cooker does not have a true sous vide function or precision temperature control. It offers a wide range of cooking modes, and while the Steam function can gently cook foods, it cannot replicate the exact low-temperature accuracy of sous vide.
