Introducing the Sony HT-S40R Home Cinema system, brings powerful 600w, surround-sound with Dolby Digital in a 5.1ch format for a fantastic audio experience for music and movies. A combination of soundbar, subwoofer and wireless rear speakers enables room-filling sound. A wireless amplifier powers the rear speakers so there are no wires between the front and rear of your room. The HT-S40R has an HDMI output.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the sound quality. Everything thing else functions well and it was very easy to install. Overall I would recommend that you pay more money to get a better sound after all that is what you want.

No they are not completely wireless, you have an amplifier that connects wirelessly to the main unit, then the surround speakers are wired to the amplifier.
