Great for eye surgery recovery
Folling eye surgery I had to lie face down almost all day for a week. This massage table was perfect. It is very strong, sturdy, comfu and being wider than most, it was great given I had to be lying on it for long periods of time. Im sure its a great massage table too but can definately recommend it as a recovery aid if you need to lie face down.

Weight limit is not as described! So had to return it which was all a bit of a palaver as you can’t return to store, so another day off work! Plus needed it at short notice and it wasn’t suitable left me with no bed! Overall disappointed with Rio!! Argos as usual great!

The info on Argos is therefore incorrect as it states the maximum weight for the patient is 180kg plus allowance for up 250kg! Not 120kg and 220kg. This makes a big difference if your treating a heavier patient.

The supplier has advised the following for the Rio Professional Ultra-Strong Massage Table:
The 120kgs max user weight within the instructions is correct but this is not the maximum load weight that the massage table can take – this is confirmed at 220kgs. The supplier has advised they build in extra weight (load) for the person doing the massage should they sit/kneel/lean on the table.
