Fantastic item
I bought this a few weeks ago for my elderly mother(83 years old) On delivery the box would not fit through the front door, however I persuaded the guys to open the box and bring the main part of the chair into the house. I brought the other parts in myself. It is very easy to assemble and my mum can use the controller with no problems. The back and arms are quite soft but comfortable, the seat itself is firmer but again comfortable. She loves the tilt function as she has problems getting up and the recline function helps when her feet and legs swell. I would definitely recommend this chair, it looks great, is very ycomfortable and does exactly what its meant to do. As soon as mum is out of the chair, the cat steals it!

I bought this for my stepdad with mobility issues. He loves it, he finds it very comfortable, enough to fall asleep in it. The motor is very quiet, the reclining motion is smooth and at a pace that's not too fast or slow.
