Very large plates!
These plates look nice, but are much larger than I wanted. The bowls are so big they can fit our previous Ikea bowls fully inside! The plates are too big to fit in a normal microwave. I have already noticed we are eating more because of the well understood phycology of 'filling' the plate - so don't buy these if you are trying to loose weight. Side plats are a good size. One of the larger plates broke 2 weeks in, when I picked it up to put in the dishwasher. Argos replaced without quibble, but had to order an entire set just to give me a plate... couldn't swap for one of the ones on the shelf in Sainsburys as the system wont allow it. So that wasted the money and stock of Argos. The finish glase looks nice, but already has scratches, so not sure how long they will last. Our previous Ikea ones were dull, but lasted 20 years!

The colour and style were lovely but the plates were very thin and easy to break, the bowls were more robust, shame everything else weren’t of the same quality .

Look great. But cant be used as plates.
They look great, they're lovely to look at. But, the plates are not flat! They rock and spin when you eat. I bought 4 boxes and they are all the same. Unless you want your plate to spin as you are taking a scoop of food, I wouldn't bother. Such a shame they're so terribly made when they look so nice. And they wont let me return them as I binned the boxes when my wife unpacked them before I check them. As everyone assumes plates to be flat.
