The supplier has advised the following for the Disney Marvel Avengers Kid's Digital Silicone Strap Watch:
To set the time press the D key (top right) for 3 seconds to enter time adjustment state.
When the hour flashes press the D key to set hour, then press the D key (top right) for 3 seconds to set the minutes (repeat for seconds, month and day) if required.
After you have completed set up press D key for 3 seconds to save and exit.
