Good light, if a little bit clumsy
The lamp itself is easy to use and provides good even illumination, the clamping mechanism is bigger that I thought and does pose some issues with where to mount as the psu lead comes directly out of the clamp rear and need quite a lot of space. However, if you have a good space to mount the light it is a vnice product and works well.

I used someone else's Mospa clip lamp on my music stand for our recent theatre production- I am the MD, and need to be able to see my music- it was so brilliant, better than my own music light - I had to buy two for me and my husband for our next production! A small lamp to read in bed by. Very bright light I turn it to the wall so it doesn’t dazzle. The off switch is a bit tricky but I’m hoping to get used to it. Overall value for the price and will be useful in the darker winter months.

got this lamp a couple of weeks ago, exactly what I was looking for. strong grip can be used anywhere at any angle very bright for size of item. when its clipped its rigid no worry about it falling off.

Clip on Flexi touch-lamp
I bought this to clip onto a headboard for a guest who likes to read in bed. The touch light is nice and bright. But the "stem" is too floppy. It doesn't stay where you want it to be which defeats the object really!

A Good Lamp
Bought the lamp a week ago and I'm really pleased with it. The flexible stem enables me to position the lamp exactly where I need it, and the on/off switch only needs the slightest of touches to operate and give a bright light. The clamp grips nice and tight and remains steady. Mains powered unlike my last one which turned off with little warning.

If this is similar to other touch lamps I have, it is likely that a smart plug will be able to switch the light off, but not switch it on. The smart plug will switch on the power to the lamp, but you would need to physically tap the touch button to actually switch the lamp on. So, this wouldnt really work for a security set up where you want to imitate someone being at home when you are out, for example

"The clip is not metal, it is made from ABS (a thermoplastic polymer). The widest it can open is 4cm."
