About this product
The Habitat Block Sideboard keeps your living room organised, whether you're storing drinks, games or everyday essentials. It's made from oak and oak veneer, that's natural hardwood that brings warmth and character to any space. There's loads of storage inside, four cupboards, a gliding drawer, and a shelf give you room for everything from box sets to magazines. The push-to-open doors keep the front smooth and handle-free, so it looks neat against any wall or as a room centrepiece. The natural oak finish works with most colour schemes and furniture styles.
The drawer's got metal runners that glide smoothly, and there's a clever groove cut into the front that makes opening it really easy. Four cupboards let you tuck away clutter and keep surfaces clear. The flat top is ideal for displaying photos, plants or a table lamp. It's 160cm wide and 64cm high, so it fits comfortably in most living rooms without dominating the space. Self-assembly's needed, two people recommended for lifting and building. Wall-mounting fixings should be used to prevent tipping, that's really important for stability and safety.

Nice sideboard
I bought this a few weeks ago. Fairly straight forward to put together, solid material. Doors took a few tweaks to hang but ok in the end. Lower down than my other one which is what I wanted.

Loads of storage space and easy to assemble with speedy delivery at a great price. Looks fabulous too. We have chosen to place our aquarium on it. Works perfectly.

Great product.
Product looks great and instructions were mostly pretty easy to follow. Hinges were a little fiddly, but I managed singlehandedly. It's quite heavy, so make sure you build near its final position. Bought for a loft room with sloped ceilings.

Lovely cabinet
Bought 2 cabinets from this range in December, the flat pack was easy to put together and they look great, they don’t look like typical flat pack furniture they are really solid and I think good quality bits of furniture that look more expensive than they were.

More chipboard than ‘solid oak’.
I bought two ‘Block’ units at the same time, and found the same issues: more (poorly) veneered chipboard than oak, difficulty aligning doors, everything feels cheap. Looks nice, but I doubt it will last a house move, which is disappointing.
