Thank you for the opportunity to leave a review for the item I purchased with you. Deciding the length and durability of the item is very important. Some people (like myself) are new to DIY so made a few mistakes. The only issue I had was trying to fit the holders on either side onto the wall as they seemed to slide, fall off. Other than this one issue it looks great onto the wall, looks great with my kitchen design. If there could be an easier was to easily fit the clips onto the wall or even a video on the website to help those in the future would be great.

Premium Look and Feel - Worth the Upgrade
Really pleased with these blinds. The quality is much better than the cheaper PVC Venetian blinds I’ve had before - these feel sturdy and more premium. The grey is a lovely tone, not too dark or too light. Easy to install, and simple to remove extra slats as the drop was slightly too long. Definitely worth it for the quality.

Do not buy this product!
We ordered this blind for store collection. When we unwrapped it the metal bar was very damaged and dented. The product had to be returned. We went back to the store and arranged a replacement. The second blind came to store 5 days later and this was also damaged. In a different place, dented and could not be used. We returned this and did not bother a third time!

The supplier has advised the following for the Faux Wood Grey 25mm Slat Venetian Blind - 90cm:
"The instructions on reducing the drop can be found on page 6 of the instruction manual supplied with the product, under trimming the blind section.
To reduce the drop of the blind, you will need to remove the button from under the bottom bar and untie the knot in the cord.
Please keep hold of the cord so it does not retract.
Once the buttons have been removed, you will be able to pull the cord through the slat and remove the number of slats required.
Please remember to leave one additional slat, as this will sit on the bottom bar to hide the cord holes. Cut the excess cord, leaving around 50-75mm to re-tie and replace the button."

These blinds are meant to look like wood, not plastic.
They are faux wood design.
