Returned for a refund
Returned the oven less than a week after purchasing. Didn't ever seem to get up to temperature, and after trying to cook a pizza for about 45 minutes, and it still not being cooked, decided it wasn't as described and returned it for a refund to then purchase a better alternative.

The Cookworks 20L Mini Oven and Grill:
CLEANING
Clean the oven, grill rack, baking and crumb tray after each use.
1. Switch off and unplug the oven and allow it and the accessories
to cool completely. Cleaning the oven whilst hot may cause the
glass door to shatter and risk personal injury.
2. Wipe external surfaces of the oven with a soft damp cloth and dry
surfaces with a soft dry cloth.
3. Wipe internal oven surfaces with a soft damp cloth soaked in
soapy water. Rinse and dry surfaces with a soft dry cloth.
4. Do not use strong detergents or abrasives, as these may dull or
scratch the surface which may result in the glass door shattering.
Do not immerse in water. Do not use a steam cleaner.
5. Slide and lift out the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven.
6. Wash loose parts (crumb tray, grill rack, baking tray and baking
tray handle) in hot water with a little washing up liquid. Rinse and
dry thoroughly. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
7. Refit all parts

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Cookworks 20L Mini Oven and Grill: This is possible to cook 2 pcs 10in pizza at the same time, but please see the tips below to ensure they cook evenly:
1 pizza place on the middle rack and the other place below.
Rotate the pizza 180° and switch the positions when cooking time at a halfway.
Keep an eye on pizza as cooking times may vary slight for 2 pcs.

The Cookworks 20L Mini Oven and Grill is suitable for roasting poultry however small to medium size crowns may be preferable. The internal dimensions are 24cm x 30cm x 28cm.
The user manual also states you should thoroughly defrost frozen meat, poultry, fish and seafood
in the refrigerator before cooking unless cooking from frozen advice is provided by the food packaging..
