Perfect for muscle tension
I bought this as suffer from muscle tension back of shoulders due to poor posture and work. It takes a bit of time getting used to as it is quite hard and painful to use at first. Don't be put off after first use. After a week of using, had relief from the pain. It does work but takes a bit of time getting used to.
