This bathroom scale offers a nicely balanced wider standing surface area for your comfort. The illuminated display gives your measurement in XL digits (49mm) for easy viewing and is adjustable between kg, lb and st at the touch of a button. It's made from 8mm safety glass and has a weight capacity of 200kg. The auto shut-off also prolongs battery life.

Don't hesitate......
Excellent product. Large standing, large led display that lights up. The numbers are also large. I chose these scales for all the above reasons and I am not disappointed. There is a small button on the back to change it to kgs or stones llbs. ** Note** these scales are heavy, so maybe not a great idea for the elderly. I cannot comment on longevity as only just purchased them, so time will tell, but so far so good. Overall view: More expensive but definitely worth the money.

The scale has a graduation of 100 g (0.2 lb). For weights between 0–19 st, it displays in 0.2 lb increments, and for 20–31 st, it displays in 1 lb increments.

"Yes, the GS 410 is a pure glass scale that does not measure impedance. It can therefore be safely used by people with pacemakers."

On the back there is a tab marked UNIT. It has 3 grooves. There are 3 possible settings - St and lbs, Kgs and Ibs only. It arrives set on Kgs. Might need a flat screwdriver head to press in the tiny grooves.
