I bought this product to replace the fifteen year old machine which was far superior and cost half as muchmy previous machine had remote control toadjust timeing and strenght This machine has no remote control not time adjustment it has a 30 minte set time the only optionis to shorten the time by switching off you cant extend it without resetting. the only way to get any benifit from the impulses is to apply moisturisr to the soles of your feet not easy for elderly people who live alone. i wont by another or recomed iy

have used this every day as i suffer with leg cramps a lot ,mostly at night ,i haven't had cramp since using this , only 30 minutes a day ,i use it in the afternoon and my feet feel better as i have neuropathy , i can walk a bit steadier too since using this machine

Does what it claims to do although I would caution against using the highest settings until you are used to it. It seems to have reduced my painful nighttime leg-cramps.

No you cant use it if your Diabetic ether type 1 or 2 its the vibration that damage the nerve ends in Diabetic patents the same way as they cant use a foot spa
