I purchased this toaster not long ago, and unfortunately it has already stopped working. After a short period of normal use, it suddenly broke down without any clear reason. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are definitely more durable and better-quality options available.

Cheap materials, not worth buying
Used it a couple times, the handle snapped and the coating is already coming off. Wouldn’t ever purchase again.

Do not buy
Do not bother buying this sandwich toaster, yes it was cheap, did not cook the toasties properly and when opening the toaster it would pull the sandwiches apart. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR took it back and was refunded

Yes this will seal the edges and the top. It will also seal the bottom and the sides, and of course will seal the back of the bread.
Not sure though if the sides on this are adjustable to fit the size of loaf.

Yes, it can cook one sandwich only with one side left empty. However, the supplier advises that, when you do this, the sandwich on that one side should not be overfilled as, without there being another sandwich on the other side to resist/push back, the contents may squeeze over.

To use the Cookworks 2 Portion Sandwich Toaster - Black, follow these steps:
Plug the sandwich toaster into a power outlet and wait for it to heat up. The toaster has a power rating of 820 watts.
Once the toaster is heated, open the lid and place your sandwich inside the toaster. The toaster can make two sandwiches at a time.
Close the lid and lock it using the handle locking clip.
Wait for the sandwich to cook. The toaster has a non-stick coating, so the sandwich should pop out easily once done.
Unplug the toaster and let it cool down before cleaning it.
