Great lamp , with a warm 40w bulb gives off a lovely subtle light , it looks great

Fragile
First one was broken straight out of the box which took several days and back and forth trips to exchange as there weren't any more in stock. When it's on it makes quite a loud hum. It's caused by a vibration of the insert in the middle - if you take this out the hum stops but then it doesn't look good.

Nice lamp
Bought two of these lamps a few weeks ago as bedside lamps. They give off a warm cosy light without wicker lines reflecting all over the walls and ceiling. They look modern and fresh and I particularly wanted lamps with a white lead and switch to go on white furniture.
