Refund Problems Due to Service Issues
I am not reviewing the product itself, but rather the refund service from Argos. I requested a refund for this item and, unfortunately, the process was not smooth. When the collection driver came to pick up the package, he was unable to scan the barcode due to a lack of mobile connection on his device. He told me that he would process the refund manually instead. The collection was completed, but the promised manual refund never happened. As a result, the item was taken back and I was left without either the product or the refund. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I expected better handling and follow-up from Argos’ customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve the refund process in similar situations.
