Massive disappointment - don't buy
I bought two sets with high expectations. But immediately, I could see what was wrong with this set. Being none glazed, every single mark from the cutlery scratches the set. I'm so, so disappointed as I bought two set. I went onto Habitat website and Argos to try and find a way to communicate with customer service but couldn't find a route. I found a page that said click here for messenger but it wouldn't load. I've even been into Argos itself to find a way to complain and the staff advised to start a live chat, which was yesterday and by coincidence this email came up today to leave a comment. So here I am. I would advice no one to buy this product. Why would you, who wants scratches over all the plates, bowls and side plates.

Scratches easily.
I bought this dinner set as a gift and was really disappointed as I had to return it for a refund. As it was for my daughter she felt able to tell me that some of the plates had scratched after using them for the first time.

The whole set is 9Kgs gross weight. Divide 9000 by 12 equals around 750 grams per item. This is estimated as a plate may weigh more than the side plate and the bowl.
