The best weighted vest on the market
I was referred to this by my GP and its brilliant. I wear it for dog walks which in the past didn't give me enough exercise, but now I wear this and it gives me the bonus of strength and resistance even while doing an activity like walking the dog.

Too big and returning was a nightmare
If you have a smaller frame, this isn't the vest for you. It over hangs out at the sides to the extent that you feel your arms hitting it when swinging. Returning was not easy. I was told that I should not have opened the box and that returns aren't allowed for opened boxes. The store manager interrupted and spoke over me.
