Does exactly what it should. Slightly fiddly to install the weights, but that should ensure they stay put. Not sure I’d pay £40, but for the £20 I paid it was very good value as well.

If using a few weights, start with the middle pockets around your waistline for better balance and to keep the weight close to your centre of gravity. Then add weights evenly to upper and lower pockets as you progress.
