I bought this for meals for 1 and it’s absolutely ideal, it’s basic but what do you expect for the price. I’ve used it twice now and it does 2 days a substantial meal. I’m going to add dumplings next time to shake things up but this can be added to the slow cooker for 20 minutes with lid on so I can’t wait really.

For cubed meat it usually takes 3 - 4 hours on max and 6 - 7 hours on low setting. This is usually the same with a joint but it does depend on the joint of meat, size and how well you like it cooked.
