A serviceable well made doormat ideal for the garden door. Wasn’t sure at first about the intense design but we are used to it now and the hexagons disguise any muddy marks.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Scrape & Sorb Grey Short Pile Doormat - 75x45cm: It would be very difficult to state whether a mat could cause a slip on a surface without testing it directly. I can confirm this does have a rubber backing to help keep the mat in place.

Used as a door mat on a tiled floor but it is heavy and with the type of backing I would say it wouldn't slip.
