I bought a rock crawler monster truck - it worked for 2mins, and now it’s completely broken. Very sad as this was my sons birthday present, and it’s totally unacceptable that I can buy a product and it doesn’t work.

I bought 2 of these for my twin boys and they were just awful, took a while to charge and they last about 5 minutes and really struggled to move over terrain like a flat surface of grass and a carpet indoors and the wheel on one of them fell off while playing with it, really not happy!

Our supplier has advised that the CMJ RC Cars Rock Crawler Monster 1:12 Radio Controlled Truck is splash proof and can be used out doors but it would be possible to damage the moving parts if exposed to too much sand and water. It is not recommended to use it on a beach.

Included in the pack is a battery and a USB charger. The USB charger should be plugged into a USB Port or a socket similar to a phone charger. The battery should be connected to the USB charger. When charging the red light will flash, when charged the light will be solid.
