Presenting an adaptable cookware range you can move from the hob to the oven in one swift motion, the Freedom saute pan measures 24cm in diameter providing maximum space for cooking your ingredients. This space-saving, stackable pan layered with a ceramic, non-stick coating to minimise food sticking and gives an easy release of your ingredients once they are ready to serve. The induction base makes the durable aluminium build compatible for use on all hob types, with dishwasher safe properties for low maintenance cleaning.
Ceramic coating, Graphite heat resistant exterior coating. Versatile pan can be doubled as an oven dish. Aluminium body provides even heat distribution. Dishwasher suitable/Hand wash recommended. Bakelite handle sold separately (code: 934/3830).

The detachable handle and lid are super useful but the outside of tbe pan has already scratched and we've only used it 4-5 times so far.

Good looking and very practical pan. I am a Tower fan. I bought it to make Pasta Al Forno Siciliana (oven baked pasta cake) and it worked very well -perfect depth for that dish. Nicely non-stick so very easy to clean. I have a handle already so am able to use it on hob, or in the oven

Pan amazing, lid less so
I love this pan; it's the perfect size for cooking for one or two people and it's aesthetically pleasing. It took me a while to find a pan that was both hob and oven safe and had the right dimensions. I basically cook everything in this. The ceramic nonstick coating is currently good after a month of usage with gentle utensils and washing. Unfortunately despite the manual stating the glass/silicon lid is oven-safe up to 210 degrees, I'm not sure if this is the case as it started to smell of burning plastic and began to deform at just 150° fan - the silicon at the centre of the lid had begun to peel away. There was nothing in the manual indicating there would be any problems at this temperature, even with a fan oven. It would have been perfect, but now I'll need to buy another lid.

Very easily scratched
I bought these for the ease of storage our mobile home. That I am delighted with. The pan lids are not suitable for oven use which would make them much more versatile. The outside coating on these pans are very easily to mark and scratch so for the price I am disappointed. Would I recommend these pans?…. yes they are good non stick pans
