The 75cm length covers you from shoulder to hip or wherever you need that comforting heat most. With a wearable hands free strap, you can potter around the house, settle in for a film or curl up with a book while staying toasty. Made from 100% rubber with a removable washable cover for easy care.
It holds 1.5L and takes less than a kettle of water to fill, staying warm for 2 to 6 hours depending on how you use it. Brilliant hot water bottle
Very happy with this purchase. Best to not fill it up to the top so it has some flexibility and isnt too heavy. Been using it whilst playing violin and there are many variations of wearing it comfortably.

This is really great. Using it for lower back (slipped disc), much more suitable than a normal hot water bottle. Bit pricey, but don't regret it, will get years of use.

I bought this for back, should and neck pain and it has been very useful and is very cosy. I have worn it outside under a coat and the ties held. I've given it 3 stars as it doesn't stay warm as long as promised, it could be a bit longer and the ties are a bit fiddly.

This hot water bottle is body length, and you are able to use the ties to wrap it around your body and secure in place, so you can keep your hands free.

Its really flexible - it wraps around you quite easily. Ive even wrapped it around my wrist and arm before. But if you fill it up with too much water then it will be stiffer and heavier. I have one with a different pattern cover and i rolled it up into a ball shape when I was moving house a few months ago and it was fine.
