This is a good sports watch for fitness tracking. It's very light compared to the Samsung watch. The charge seems to last for around a week. For the price this is a good purchase. I would recommend.

This is my third Garmin watch. In the past, I've had models from the forerunner series. I've moved away from running being my main sport and was due an upgrade. This has a very clean watch face with lots of personalisation options. I've used this to track running, walking, cycling, weight training and yoga. A good all-round smart watch and sport watch combination

This Garmin Venu 2 GPS Smart Watch connects to your smartphone and is able to control music playing through that smartphone.
It does not connect directly to Spotify, however if you are playing music through Spotify on a smartphone which this device is connected to then you should be able to control it from this device.

None of the Garmin smartwatches or Garmin Fitness Trackers currently include the possibility to monitor blood pressure while on the go. (as of January 2023)
always best to use a blood pressure monitor.
