I bought this on a whim because I needed to work on my flexibility, and I am glad that I did, it has helped me get a deeper stretch in many different positions. especially my ankle mobility stretches, and has even come in handy for my lateral step downs to help strengthen my knees!

I bought this for my yoga. I find it a little bit too thick, however, it is perfect for my back when a chair is making me slump. So actually very happy with it.
