You're settling onto your mat, ready for yoga or pilates. This Opti Yoga Block gives you stability and support to improve your practise. It's made from lightweight EVA foam that won't slip. The foam stays firm under pressure and holds its shape over time. You'll develop your alignment and balance with confidence.

The block supports you in deeper poses without shifting. It's soft enough for comfort but strong enough for everyday use. Use it to optimise your body alignment and build strength gradually. The foam withstands regular sessions without deforming. There's a manufacturer's one year guarantee included.
